If you have a rule change proposal that you wish to have considered for the next two seasons, now is the time to take action. By clicking on the printer below you will have a printable copy of the 2001-03 Playing Rule Change form. As per section 8A of the Annual Guide/ USA Hockey By-Laws. this form must be completed and sent into Matt Leaf NO LATER than April 1, 2001. All proposals will be reviewed by the rules committee and forwarded to the Board of Directors meeting in June 2001, for their action. The rules committee will make recommendations to the Board of Directors as to which rules should be adopted and which should not. There is sufficient discussion that all good changes will be thoroughly discussed.
